14-Day Guarantee

At GridLeap, we stand behind the technical quality of our CSV-to-Mobile engine. We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for our 'Pro' plan users. If the automated CSV parsing does not meet your expectations or fails to render your data correctly, you are eligible for a complete refund.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must: • Have a valid 'Pro' subscription. • Submit your request within 14 days of the initial purchase. • Provide a sample of the CSV file that failed to parse correctly (for technical audit). Please note that refunds are not provided for 'Free' tier accounts as no charges are incurred.

Refund Process

All refund requests should be sent officially to gridleap@proton.me with the subject line 'REFUND REQUEST'. Our technical team will review the request within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
